Inspired by qualities of love, balance and compassion, we invite you to practice a heart warming yoga practice while overlooking at the mountains, the lake and community. We are honoured to have the soulful songwriter duo, Dia and Trophy of Kinfolk Nation perform for us after savasana to bring us closer to our own hearts and the feeling of being connected to something greater than ourselves – each other.
