You can expect to move your body in all three planes to build heat and strength, grace in your movements and ease in your joints. Beginner yoga practitioners: You can expect to be challenged both in strength and flexibility. You will be guided on matching movement to the pace of your breath. This will become more accessible with time and practice. Be patient and compassionate with yourself. Experienced yoga practitioners: This practice will guide you through various motions to warm up your body, lubricate your joints and bring to light the current strength of your body. It will leave you feeling good, possibly with more gas in the tank to pursue another activity!
